Being able to create stabilitv around the shoulder from the rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers, is one of the foundational elements of a healthy shoulder! Using band is a progression for our scapular stabilizer / rotator cuff training. Lots of variety can be added with tempos.

  1. Myofascial technique infraspinous and lats
  2. Lower and middle Traps banded fly
  3. Band press for stability
