Rotator Cuff + Shoulder stability work are a must! Being able to create stabilitv around the shoulder from the rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers, is one of the foundational elements of a healthy shoulder! Using band is a progression for our scapular stabilizer / rotator cuff training. Lots of variety can be added with tempos.
