Founder of the R.E.S.E.T. Clinic, Pauline has been passionate about sports, health, and wellness since a young age. She quickly took the path of exercise science at Florida Atlantic University in the United States. In search of adventure and curious to discover new cultures, Pauline took off to Montreal where she studied kinesiology at the University of Quebec in Montreal. During her studies, she sought experience in fitness centers and rehabilitation centers where she learned more about the field. In addition to her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Pauline obtained a diploma in Sports Massage Therapy in 2019, specializing in sports injuries.

Richard Khouri

Massage Therapist & Kinesitherapist

Richard has always had an interest in health care, sports recovery, anatomy and well-being. Of Lebanese origin, he obtained his degree in Physiotherapy from La Sagesse University in Lebanon. Passionate about rehabilitation, biomechanics and manual therapy, he decided to pursue his studies in Montreal, where he completed a massage therapy course specializing in sports massage.

Yanis Thieblemont

Osteopath

Yanis discovered early on that intense sports were the best outlet for his energy. Brown belt in Judo, Top 100 at the national running championship, 7-time regional soccer champion. That drive turned into a real passion for anatomy and biomechanics, which led him to study Osteopathy at the Institut Supérieur d'Ostéopathie de Lille in France, where he graduated in the summer of 2022. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in ice hockey, which is what brought him to Canada to continue his path. Yanis works closely with high-level athletes in French boxing and ice hockey, and his well-rounded training also allows him to treat a wide range of patients, from infants to seniors.

Sarah Rif

Sport Massage Therapist

In 2018, Sarah completed her massage therapy training at the Kiné-Concept school, specializing in sports massage. Since then, she has gained experience working with chronic pain sufferers, as well as athletes of all levels. Passionate about her work and health, she is currently studying osteopathy to further her knowledge in the field of health and manual therapy.

Milène Iglesias

Sport massage therapist/ Maderotherapy specialist

Passionate about weight training and bodybuilding for 6 years, Milène will obtain a French state diploma as a sports educator in 2021. At the same time, she trained in various massage techniques, in particular maderotherapy. Fascinated by the human body and its biomechanics, she decided to pursue her studies in Montreal, where she completed a course in sports massage therapy.

She is currently continuing her studies in kine-massotherapy and orthotherapy.

Éric Wagner

Personal Trainer

Eric is an ACE certified personal trainer with over six years of experience specializing in fitness training for adults, youth, and sports teams. His athletic training approach emphasizes fundamental exercises, including functional movement, mobility, coordination, strength and conditioning to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals.

Vincent Rizzolo

B.Sc. in Kinesiology and a B.Sc. in Physiology.

Vincent holds two bachelor’s degrees from McGill University in Physiology and Kinesiology, allowing him to combine a strong understanding of the human body with a practical approach to movement and performance. As a Varsity baseball athlete and coach, he developed a deep appreciation for resilience, physical development, and the importance of moving well. Passionate about athletic performance and helping people become the best version of themselves, Vincent takes an individualized approach centered on progress, confidence, and quality of movement. He specializes in helping people move with confidence again, whether they are looking to improve performance, return from injury, better manage pain, or simply move better in everyday life.

Francois St-Amour

B.Sc. CAT(C) / Athletic Therapist / CATA Member

Diplômé avec grande distinction du programme de thérapie du sport de l’Université Concordia en 2023, François St-Amour complète son examen d’accréditation nationale deux mois plus tard. Ses stages avec les équipes de lacrosse et de football du Collège John Abbott ainsi que celles de hockey et de football du Collège André-Grasset lui ont permis de prendre de l’expérience avec plusieurs sports de contact.Il cherche constamment de nouveaux défis dans le but d’apprendre et d’incorporer de nouveaux outils qui lui permettront d’aider ses patients durant leur réhabilitation. D’ailleurs, il est étudiant en ostéopathie au Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal. Cela lui permet de développer de nouvelles techniques manuelles et de bonifier sa pratique.Il croit également que la réadaptation implique la participation active des patients qui doivent jouer un grand rôle pour bâtir une alliance thérapeutique qui ne pourra qu’être bénéfique pour eux-mêmes.

Myriam Mc Donald

Massage therapist

Myriam has joined the RESET team as a massage therapist. Currently a student in osteopathy, she knew from the age of 16 that this would be her career path. Determined to achieve her goal, she has pursued numerous complementary trainings to become an exceptional therapist. Passionate about sports, she uses it as an outlet for the stress of her studies. She practices various disciplines such as ballet, running, track and field, climbing, and cycling. In October 2023, she obtained her certification as a spinning coach with Rushcycle. Myriam loves helping people of all levels, from beginners to athletes, in their quest for well-being. She stands out for her attention to detail, warm approach, and attentive listening.

Manon Bernard

Sport Massage Therapist

Athletic at heart and passionate about wellness, Manon has always been fascinated by the body, movement, and overall health. With degrees in nutrition and personal training, she combines her knowledge to offer a comprehensive and personalized approach to massage therapy.

Currently pursuing studies in kinesitherapy, she focuses on a professional, human, and dynamic approach. Attentive and caring, Manon knows how to build trust, bring relaxation, and promote optimal recovery.
