Sprains, Tears, Pain: How Physio Gets You Back on Your Feet

Summer is the season. Running, tennis, soccer, cycling. But it's also when people get hurt.

A sprain. A tear. A chronic pain that stops you cold. And now you can't do much of anything.

Physio is how you come back. Strong. Stable. Actually ready.

The real progression

It starts with reducing pain and inflammation. Smart rest with controlled movement.

Then you get your mobility back. Light movement, nothing forced. The goal is to move freely again.

Next, we build strength. We start isometric, then add resistance gradually. You rebuild stability and strength from there.

Once you're strong and stable, we bring you back to your normal activities step by step. Sport, gym, work. We test your limits and adjust as we go.

And finally, we give you maintenance exercises so it doesn't come back.

It's not linear

Every injury is different. A sprain isn't a tear.

But our physiotherapist knows summer injuries inside out. She knows how to get you back quickly, without overloading you too soon. No setbacks.

Just a solid comeback.

More than just recovery

A good physio gets you back to where you were.

A great physio gets you back stronger, with the tools to keep it that way.
